Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to ensure contractual expectations are met. Monitor service delivery, SLA performance, KPIs, outstanding reactive jobs, planned maintenance, Work in Progress, quotations, engineer attendance, and completion times. Proactively resolve escalated issues and work closely with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service. Prepare monthly performance reports, review service trends, and recommend operational improvements. Monitor contract performance, support invoice queries, identify additional business opportunities, and contribute to contract renewals and account growth. Collaborate with operational, technical, planning, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery across all accounts. Experience and Requirements: Previous experience in an Account Manager, Contract Manager, or Client Relationship role.
