Head of Human Resources
Manchester to Northampton Reporting to the Managing director we are looking for experienced Head of Human Resources. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience and be CIPD qualified Level 7 or equivalent Experience of working with Trade Unions Experience of working within matrix management structures across functional boundaries and delivering through others Strong leadership and people management skills along with extensive experience of managing a team during a time of transition Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence at all levels Adept at designing and implementing commercially focused HR strategies and solutions Strong strategic, analytical and commercial focus Experience of leading and delivering culture change Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment Experience in building, maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Coaching/mentoring qualification or evidence of continuing development Logistics industry experience Ability to travel to various sites Experience of managing large scale, complex TUPE transfers Proven track record of leading a team of regional HR Business Partners preferably within a large, multi-site organisation With a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment law Build, implement and sustain a data-informed Employee ..... full job details .....
