As our new HR Manager, you will lead the HR department, delivering a proactive and high-quality HR service that aligns with our business goals. You will develop and implement HR strategies, be a visible support throughout the organisation, and champion employee engagement and values through innovative initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and performance reviews, while providing expert advice on employee relations and workforce planning. You will ensure compliance with employment law and manage HR systems for continuous improvement, partnering with senior leadership in driving change initiatives and business growth. Hours of Work: Full-time, with UK-wide travel required HR Manager Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in an HR role, including 1 year in a managerial capacity Broad experience across recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and policy development Solid knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, DEI, and workforce planning Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills Comfort with people analytics for insightful decision-making HR Manager Benefits: Competitive salary of 50,000 - ..... full job details .....
