Senior Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham – £65,000 - £75,000 Per Annum + PackageWe are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client''s team working on a Major project in Birmingham on a Permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and are working a number of large scale projects across the UK.Responsibilities

Lead commercial processes and mentor junior team membersLiaise with project and commercial managersManage subcontractor procurement and tender evaluationsProtect commercial interests through strong contractual knowledgeSupport client relationships and project deliveryRequirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experienceMembership of RICS, ICES, or CIOBStrong leadership, communication, and commercial acumenExperience in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projectsHow to apply
