Digital Transformation Consultant - London (Hybrid) - c£85KWe''re seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join a growing consultancy at the forefront of Microsoft technologies. In this client-facing role, you''ll help organisations re-imagine the way they work through innovative use of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and emerging AI solutions.You''ll play a central role in helping clients design and implement transformation programmes, from strategy through to delivery. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with Microsoft''s modern technologies and enabling businesses to achieve clear, lasting value.Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and design digital transformation strategies that align with long-term goals.Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations that engage and inspire client teams.Translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and related Microsoft services.Deliver end-to-end consulting engagements - from digital maturity assessments through to solution design, deployment, and adoption.Skills and Experience

Experience in digital transformation roles, ideally in a consultancy environment.Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and AI-driven tools such as Copilot or Copilot Studio.Ability to run client workshops and deliver persuasive presentations.Excellent communication skills - confident engaging at C-level and translating technical concepts into business value.Track record of designing digital transformation road maps and leading large-scale change initiatives.If you are interested in this position please send your CV to (url removed) or call me +(phone number removed) to discuss this role in further detail
