Manage a varied caseload of

freehold and leasehold sales and purchases ,

re-mortgages

and

transfers of equityUndertake

risk assessments

throughout the transactionCheck and report on

title to clients , identifying and mitigating risksRaise and respond to

enquiries on purchase filesReport risks to clients, lenders and agents where appropriateEnsure compliance with

lender requirements

and special conditions pre- and post-completionObtain all necessary documentation to ensure

timely registration

of propertySign off files for

exchange and completion , confirming compliance with

CQS protocol , lender requirements and client instructionsAbout You

Proven experience in

residential conveyancingExcellent

client service
