Our client is recruiting for a polished and professional Day Concierge for a large modern residential development in Mill Hill. Immediate start available. The Concierge will be based in the main lobby and responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors. Candidates must have good IT skills to administer daily front of house systems and procedures, everything from parcel and key management to parking permits, to emergency contact details for residents, to user guides for residents to use the climate control or any services on the site. The Concierge role ultimately is the customer facing role in the front office and reception of the building and you will be the first point of contact for the residents and the liaison between residents, management team and contractors and visitors so you really need to be organised and an amazing communicator with a strong sense of responsibility for the welfare of the residents. Health and safety and fire prevention in the building obviously is very important so you need to have a good level of building safety knowledge.
