Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative (Fabric Maintenance) Location: North London and Home Counties Salary: £40,000 £55,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08 30, 30 min lunch) We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives (Fabric Maintenance) to join our team working primarily across North London, with occasional travel across the Home Counties to support sickness and holiday cover. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled trades professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality planned and reactive building maintenance across a varied property portfolio. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of internal and external building fabric maintenance works, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard and reactive issues are resolved efficiently.
