Senior Sous ChefThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef and General Manager at this popular and successful restaurant in the heart of Central London.As Senior Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing services for up to 200 covers +, as well as taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Youll work with quality ingredients, cooking a seasonal British menu.
