You will handle incoming sales enquiries from our customers and build close relationships with them in dealing with sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to provide solutions to meet their needs and applications. As the Sales Administrator, you will: Handle customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders Manage orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring proactive communication on progress or delays Provide customers with clear information on stock, availability, pricing, and product suitability Liaise with suppliers for products outside in-house manufacturing Accurately enter all enquiries, quotes, and orders into the system and ensure daily follow-up Monitor and share market trends and competitor activity Adhere to established company procedures, sales strategies, and quality standards As the ..... full job details .....
