INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY: -12.71 per hour
LOCATION: Halesowen (office based)

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their sales team.

Working closely with the Group Sales Manager and wider sales team, you will provide a combination of internal sales, customer service and administration support, helping to develop new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

DUTIES

• Progress and develop new sales leads via telephone and email.
• Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.
• Support Area Sales Managers and other members of the sales team.
• Input and maintain sales information using Sage.
• Process incoming sales orders onto Sage.
• Carry out desk-based research to identify information on new customers.
• Provide general office and sales administration support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fast-paced administrative role and will be confident in speaking with customers over the telephone.
