This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of asset information which directly informs our 5-year investment programme-focusing on windows and doors, external refurbishment programmes (ERP), roofs, and potential energy efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities:Conduct stock condition surveys of domestic properties, including internal and external components.Verify existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness within our management systems.Identify and confirm component lifecycle stages, disrepair, and non-compliance with Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS.Contribute to the formulation of the 5-year capital works programme, with particular attention to: Windows and doorsRoofsERP (External Refurbishment Programmes)Energy efficiency and retrofit opportunitiesEnsure that survey findings consider current and future energy measure improvements aligned with sustainability goals.Produce clear, accurate reports to support planned maintenance and investment decisions.Liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure a smooth surveying process and high standards of customer care.
