Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor Location: Ideally within 30-mile radius of Swanley/Sevenoaks (Home based with frequent travel within the southeast region including Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London) Salary: Circa 35,000 - 40,000 + Car Allowance depending on experience Contract Type: 6-month fixed term contract/secondment Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract About the role: Working within the Property and Assets Team, you will be responsible for collecting accurate stock condition data against set criteria including the Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and the Housing Health Safety Rating System (HHSRS) as well as any internal standards set by Anchor. This will be for all properties and associated assets within a specific geographical region. You will be planning future investments, considering historical surveys, repairs, maintenance works, and improvement works undertaken by Anchor, external consultants, contractors, and partner organisations. You will also support the Asset Evaluation Surveyors in the production of planned investment programmes relating to the condition of the housing stock and reports that will help inform strategic investment decisions.
