Quality Lead (Assessments) , you’ll manage a team of Quality Officers and
oversee the delivery of external assessments across a range of qualifications
. You’ll be responsible for maintaining standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and
leading on awarding processes including standard setting, grade boundary recommendations, and data analysis
.This role is ideal for someone with
extensive assessment experience
who
understands the nuances of standard setting
and is
ready to lead a team
in a dynamic, remote-first environment.Oversee the delivery of external assessments, including online and paper-based formatsManage and develop a team of Quality OfficersMonitor assessment data and performance against SLAsSupport the recruitment, training, and monitoring of examiners, markers, and EQAsChampion continuous improvement and contribute to quality assurance initiativesExperience managing staff and/or contractorsAbility to evaluate and present assessment dataStrong communication and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and digital toolsOnline interviews during the week commencing 28th July 2025Online interviews during the week commencing 4th August 2025please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
