The Role – Tender Support Engineer

Support the preparation and submission of tenders specifically within the hydrogen production sector, ensuring comprehensive and technically accurate proposals.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and commercial departments to gather essential input data.

Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and risk assessments in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Assist in developing project execution strategies, technical methodologies, and compliance documentation.

Maintain a current understanding of the hydrogen production industry, market trends, evolving technologies, and competitor analysis.

Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing expert insights and clarifications on tender submissions.

Ensure all proposals comply with regulatory standards, environmental considerations, and client specifications.

What our client is looking for in a Tender Support Engineer

Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

Proven experience supporting tendering activities within the hydrogen production, energy, or industrial gas sectors – ESSENTIAL.

Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies including electrolyzers, steam methane reforming, and associated infrastructure.

Experience with tender documentation, bid preparation, and cost estimation processes.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.

Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Office Suite, estimating software, and project planning tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
