The Role Details Providing a structured 4-day working week, this position offers the perfect balance for an educator dedicated to student progress and professional development. Schedule: Monday to Thursday (08:15 - 15:45) Start Date: ASAP Location: Orpington (Excellent transport links and on-site parking) Pay: £95 - £110 per day (paid weekly PAYE) Your Impact As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you won''t just be "helping out"-you''ll be a vital bridge between the curriculum and the student. You will: Support students with diverse needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties. Work 1:1 or in small groups to break down complex tasks into manageable steps. Foster a safe and positive learning environment where students feel confident to take risks. Collaborate with the school''s SENCO to track progress and celebrate the "small wins."
