Role- - Finance Business Partner - (to support SAP S/4HANA Migration Project)
Based- - Birmingham B46
Rate -24.00 p/h - -26.00p/h + holidays (rate equiv. to -46/50k) Negotiable
Duration- 6 months initially

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance through financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in financial planning while supporting a major SAP S/4HANA migration project.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Support the SAP S/4HANA system migration.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Produce KPI reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.
• Partner with operational managers to improve financial and operational performance.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Develop financial models and business cases for projects and investments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications :

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or part qualified.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: SAP/S4HANA experience desirable.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and results driven.
