Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual with a passion for early childhood education£ We are working in partnership with a lovely primary school inandnbsp;Folkestoneandnbsp;to recruit a committedandnbsp;Early Years Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to join their team fromandnbsp;September 2025.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage in their development. Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities, foster a positive learning environment, and help children thrive both academically and emotionally.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of creative and interactive lessons
• Supporting individual pupils and small groups to meet their learning goals
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
• Helping with classroom organisation and daily routines
• Providing care and support during playtime, snack time, and transitions

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in an Early Years or nursery setting
• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Is warm, patient, and enthusiastic about early learning
• Has strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Holds a current DBS on the update service or is willing to apply for one
