Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress, and use this information to inform future planning
• Support children''s personal, social, emotional, and communication development
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents/carers, and other professionals to support children''s individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school''s values and ethos
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including outdoor learning, celebrations, and events

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years experience
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Flexibility to work across different schools and settings
• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child welfare
• Right to work in the UK
