This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior/Assistant QS with around 2 years'' post-graduate experience who is ready to take the next step into Project Management. You''ll work closely with a Senior Project Manager on larger CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects, whilst being given the opportunity to take ownership of your own smaller projects. Key Responsibilities Support Senior PMs in delivering larger commercial office fit-out projects. Manage smaller projects independently, typically £10K-£100K in value. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients. Attend sites across Manchester and monitor progress, quality and programme. Assist with project budgets, valuations, variations and procurement. Attend client meetings and provide project updates. Help identify and resolve project issues and risks.
