Head of SalesLiverpoolAt ReCulture, we are partnered with a growing, family run business in the KBB space, as they’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and develop the sales function of a growing business. This is a role offering the chance to shape sales strategy, grow performance, and build a consistent, high-quality customer experience across showrooms, field sales, and lead-handling teams.This is ideal for someone who has progressed from field sales into sales leadership within the KBB, interiors, or luxury B2C space.About the role
Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants, managers, showroom staff, and lead handlers.Deliver structured sales training (workshops, roleplay, 1:1 coaching) to build team capability.Conduct regular sales meetings and 1:1s to monitor and improve performance.Standardise and embed a consistent sales process across all channels.Support staff with closing techniques and join customer appointments to lead by example.Oversee lead handling processes: rapport building, appointment booking, and pipeline management.Monitor open quotes and follow-up activity, ensuring the pipeline is nurtured and converted.Drive AOV and upselling of premium/luxury products.Implement and monitor KPIs across the team to track and improve results.Analyse sales data to generate insights and guide decision-making.Collaborate with marketing to align sales activity with campaigns and lead generation.Oversee showroom and field standards, ensuring a consistent and professional customer journey.About You
Strong experience in B2C sales leadership, ideally in KBB, interiors, or luxury/bespoke home improvements.Strong background in field sales, with progression into team management and leadership.Proven ability to get results through others via coaching, development, and accountability.Expertise in consultative and solution selling methodologies.Skilled in delivering sales training, workshops, and performance reviews.Comfortable with lead management processes and pipeline nurturing.Strong grasp of KPIs, forecasting, and performance data analysis.Experience in value-add selling (premium upgrades, brand/product positioning).Confident using CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM.Knowledge of closing techniques and ability to coach them effectively.Practical knowledge of measuring up products is desirableA strong cultural fit: professional, approachable, and able to thrive in a high-performing family-run business.ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
