Job Specification: Electrical Supervisor Job: Electrical SupervisorLocations Available: South London (Lambeth and Sutton OR Lewisham and Greenwich)Salary Packages: £43,000 £46,000 Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentRole Overview We are recruiting experienced Electrical Supervisors to support major social housing maintenance and compliance contracts across South London.You will act as the senior technical authority in the field stepping in on complex fault-finding, handling technical escalations, guiding field engineers, resolving resident queries, and signing off high-priority works.We have two operational routes available depending on your qualification background and preferred location: Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation (AM2 is not required). Valid Inspection and Testing qualification (City and Guilds 2391 / 2394/2395 or equivalent) is essential. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and ECS Card. Proven experience with periodic inspection, testing, and EICR completion in social housing. Key Responsibilities Attend and resolve high-priority technical escalations, complex diagnostic faults, and recurring electrical issues. Audit completed certification, test sheets, and EICRs to guarantee BS 7671 compliance. Provide technical leadership, on-site troubleshooting support, and mentoring to field electricians and apprentices.
