Electrical Qualified Supervisor Social Housing Electrical Compliance Planned and Reactive Maintenance NICEIC Full-time Permanent Hybrid Working Slough, North West London and Surrounding Areas £47,000 £55,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Electrical Qualified Supervisor job covering Slough, North West London and surrounding areas, overseeing electrical compliance, inspection, testing and quality assurance across social housing maintenance services for a leading housing association. The Role A leading housing association is looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join its in-house maintenance team, overseeing electrical compliance across its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works meet the required technical, safety and regulatory standards, providing guidance to electricians and supervisors, and maintaining high standards of electrical compliance across planned and reactive maintenance activities. The role requires someone with a strong technical electrical background, excellent knowledge of BS 7671 regulations, and proven experience in electrical supervision, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor responsibilities or electrical compliance.
