As a pivotal role in the company, you will be responsible for improving the safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving HSE performance across the organisation. What You''ll Be Doing Lead and develop a robust Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) strategy that aligns with the business objectives.Promote a strong HSE culture across the company and uphold organisational values.Oversee HSE compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.Develop and implement measurement systems to monitor HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement.Lead investigations and provide support on incident management and claims.Collaborate with senior leadership to report on HSE progress and drive continuous improvements.Lead HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain and improve safety standards.Deliver training programmes, toolbox talks, and inductions to ensure the safety of employees and contractors.
