As a Teaching Assistant in Rugby, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, helping them to achieve their full potential in the classroom. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning as a Teaching Assistant
• Providing 1:1 support and small group intervention sessions
• Supporting pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and daily activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and progress

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, or similar
• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth work setting
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s education
