Project Manager
 
£5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands.
 
Working for a Developer, managing a project through to completion circa May 2026.
 
Lending a team of a Site Manager, 2 X Supervisors and labourers, supported by a visiting H & S Manager, TSM and Quantity Surveyor, reporting into a Director.
 
This is a client facing role, working closely with the Developer.

• Attending daily DABs meetings
• Producing short - medium term programmes
• Ensuring all documentation / sub contractors RAMS and documentation is in order.
• Managing stringent Quality Assurance process and uploading of all relevant documentation is done on ASITE.

Project consists of a gymnasium, cinema, Changing facilities, flexible working area and other communal area''s.
 
Ideal candidate will have experience working for Tier one contractors and high end hotels, possess excellent communication skills, ability to be diplomatic and strong on quality.
