NEC4 Site Supervisor Location: OldhamHourly rate: £50 per hour UmbrellaLength of role: Initial 12 months Oldham Council is seeking a professional NEC4 Site Supervisor to provide expert site supervision services for highways and infrastructure schemes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the Council''s capital programme, adhering to NEC3/NEC4 contracts, governance requirements, and Council policies. The successful candidate will lead on-site supervision, contract administration support, programme monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and customer-focused delivery. Day-to-Day of the Role: Lead on the application, management, and delivery of NEC3/NEC4 site supervision, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.Manage site supervision activities throughout the full lifecycle of each funding stream and scheme, including record keeping and programme management.Supervise, manage, and coordinate the input and output of external contributors such as consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors.Coordinate and supervise third parties and key stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of schemes.Contribute to the preparation, review, and ongoing monitoring of construction programmes.Support consultation activities, including attending public meetings to represent the Highways and Engineering Group positively within the community.Promote a customer-focused service in relation to complaints, enquiries, and service requests, adhering ..... full job details .....
