Position overview for this Conveyancing Vacancy:Our client requires a minimum of 5 years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive specialising in residential property. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development and must be comfortable handling a full caseload from initial instruction to completion. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a focus on providing outstanding service to their clients, will be confident with IT, and will be capable of working under their own initiative (albeit, naturally, with appropriate supervision).
