Relationship Development

Develop strong, trusting relationships with peers who have responsibility for all functions as the leadership team within the GroupProvide leadership, support and guidance to the wider Finance teams within the businessEstablishing effective relationships with site management teams is critical to success in this rolePromote a business partnering approach between Finance and the other functions within the business.Work collaboratively, building strong effective relationships and links with colleagues in the US.Engage proactively and constructively with external stakeholdersFinancial Excellence

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organisation''s long-term goals.Collaborate with company leadership to drive business transformation and innovationOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.Ensure robust financial governance and risk management practices to safeguard the organisation''s assets and reputation.Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiativesFinancial Governance

Financial reporting, statutory accounts; extended trail balance; Directors report; Notes to the accounts; UK FRS 102Monthly Accounts including Consolidated pack; Commentary; Variance Analysis; Accounting Policy owner; SAP owner; Balance sheet sign off; GRC reporting; Letter of representation – half year and full year accounts.Weekly Accounts including PandL; KPIs; YandETreasury including Cash management; Foreign Exchange – strategy and implementationPayroll, including HMRC compliance, payroll reporting and governance.Commercial

Strategic Plan, including Financial ModelsAnnual Business Plan, including Sales plan; Operations plan; PandLForecasting including Sales/cost of sales/gross margin/overheads/PandL/balance sheet/variance analysisSales support including Customer and product profitability; Key contract negotiations; Pricing strategy/costings; Reconciliations; Credit limits; Credit insuranceRequired Skills and Qualifications

Full Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA or CIMAIdeally Practice trained with Industry experienceDemonstrated expertise in financial management, governance, and strategic planning.Ideally experience of working within a multi-site or international organisationFMCG experience preferredBenefits
