An established professional organisation is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to support the delivery of a high-quality people service across a broad range of HR activities. Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Providing HR advice across employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Supporting payroll, pensions and benefits administration.
• Maintaining HR systems, employee records and workforce reporting.
• Producing HR data and management information.
• Coordinating learning and development, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Profile

• Proven HR generalist experience.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience using HR systems and producing reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is desirable.

Job Offer

• Day rate of -175 per day, dependent on the level of experience.
• 6 month contract with a not-for-profit organisation in London.
