Health And Safety Manager

I am seeking a Health and Safety Manager on behalf of leading MandE contractor. As a company it generates an annual turnover of more than 200 million and specialises in across a diverse range of construction markets including high end, mid–level residential, commercial fitouts, data centre delivery, offsite modular engineering and the growing life science sectors.Roles and Responsibilities
HSQE Project and documentation support including Preliminary and Construction Stage Safety and Health PlansMaintain compliance with current Environmental, Health and Safety legislation and maintain awareness of legislative changes and industry standards.Obtaining and reviewing safety documentation from Clients, Suppliers and SubcontractorsCarrying out Site Inspections and produce reports.Assist the site team in the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and associated documentation and records.Prepare and carry out site toolbox talks.Daily/weekly reporting to the business, project management staff and clientConduct incident/accident investigations and prepare reports for internal/external purposes.Provide HSQE advice and direction to staff and contractors, liaising with Site PersonnelCompilation of Safety Files and OandM Manuals.Essential Job Requirements
Hold a recognised HSQE qualification of a minimum NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction or IOSH.Minimum of 3 years HSQE experience in the construction industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken.Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork, problem resolution and presentation skills.Be commutable to both Acton and Saunderton
