Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Personal Assistant for a 3 month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Managing complex diaries and calendars Scheduling meetings, appointments and calls Organising travel, flights, hotels and itineraries Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes Managing emails and correspondence Screening and prioritising calls and messages Preparing documents, presentations and reports Handling confidential and sensitive information Organising meetings, events and team away-days Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders Booking restaurants, venues and other services Managing expenses and processing invoices Profile: The successful temporary, PA will have at least 2 years experience working within a PA function. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role, and be comfortable being onsite in West London. Client: Our client is a higher education firm based in West London. You will work 5 days per week from their office (part time) Salary and Benefits: This immediate, temporary Personal Assistant role will be paying circa £15-18 per hour.
