Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a successful and growing construction business. This is a varied role combining approximately 60% business and 40% personal. You will act as the MD''s right-hand person and a key point of contact between the MD and Senior Leadership Team, helping to keep communication, priorities and day-to-day activities running smoothly. Duties include: Acting as the go-to person between the MD and Senior Leadership Team Managing a busy diary, meetings, appointments and reminders Managing emails, correspondence and general administration Coordinating meetings and following up on actions and priorities Organising business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, holidays and itineraries Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams on behalf of the MD Preparing documents, reports and meeting information Keeping track of deadlines, actions and important dates Handling confidential and sensitive business and personal information Coordinating personal appointments and commitments Making restaurant, event and entertainment bookings Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks to ensure the MD''s business and personal commitments run smoothly We''re looking for: Previous PA, EA or senior administrative experience Experience supporting a Director, MD or senior leadership team Excellent organisation and time-management skills Confident communicating with senior stakeholders ..... full job details .....
