Project values range from 3 million up to 20 million, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile interior developments within a quality-driven and highly respected team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of 3 to 4 interior fit-out and joinery projects concurrently, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor management to control costs and maximise profitability.Collaborate closely with Site Teams to monitor progress, resolve commercial issues, and maintain project cash flow.Prepare and present regular reports on financial status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and clients.Implement and maintain robust processes for cost control, invoicing, and procurement.Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards through effective contract management.
