Customer Support Advisor
Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor for our client based in Newbury. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound and outbound customer callsResponding to customer emails and support enquiriesLiaising with mobile network providers to resolve issuesSupporting the sales team with product-related queriesCompleting product investigations where requiredCreating, updating, and following up on support ticketsYou will be required to give customers Technical advice and support (Full training will be provided)Skills and QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt and learn quicklyConfident PC skills, including use of Word, Excel, and emailGood organisational and time management skillsDetails: Monday-Friday Office based with ability to work from home 2 days a week after probation.Free parking on siteFantastic benefits offeredPotential to earn extra with a structured plan and support from your managersApply now!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
