- Lead residential projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and project governance
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support junior project managers and contribute to team growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the residential sector
