Site Supervisor- Must have strong Carpentry background. Site Based.Up to 40k plus van and fuel card. 8 hours per day - flexi hours.Our client a family run Joinery business are currently looking for a supervisor. They have recently won several new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Main roles

Working supervisor - out on the road, can carry out jobs if necessaryLooking after 1-2 fitting teamsChecking snagsSign off after works have been completedUpdating their system (fieldwire system)Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the teamHelping the team out with shop fits and refurbing timber windowMonthly Van inspectionsEnsure compliance within the company following company policies and proceduresHealth and Safety compliance maintainedAllocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently.Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing businessTeam KPIs,Managing inventoriesLiaising with upper Management on what are current companies targets and goalsLead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct toYou will need

CSCS cardProfessionally qualified person or SMSTS or SSSTSWorking at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, Manuel handling (can be completed online)Clean driving licenseFirst AidPrevious experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman/ be able to hold tool box talksExperience in CarpentryExperience with timber windowsExperience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls.Benefits
