EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full Time, Temporary) Sunderland £444.50 - £450.13 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)November 2025 July 2025 The School and Role A welcoming school in Peterlee is seeking a full-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to work within the 2-year-old provision. Hours are 8:15am 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves supporting children s learning and development through play, following the EYFS framework, and helping create a nurturing, safe environment. Experience in early years and working with 2-year-olds is desirable. The school offers a supportive, inclusive setting where every child is encouraged to thrive and grow.Requirements:The desired Teaching Assistant will have; Experience of working within EYFS.Experience of working with pupils with SEND.A passion for the progress of pupils.An ability to work as part of a team.
