This is a rewarding role, offering the chance to help pupils who require additional support to engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies.You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions, promote emotional regulation and create a calm, nurturing learning environment.The desired SEMH Teaching Assistant will have: Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils An understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation strategies A calm, patient and empathetic approach A commitment to helping students achieve both academically and emotionally A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer Variety of experience Work across a range of schools and age groups Competitive pay Earn excellent daily rates, paid through PAYE Flexible options ..... full job details .....
