This is a true Number 1 Finance position, working closely with the MD and taking ownership of the financial control and direction of the business. We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to step into This is a broad, hands-on role where you''ll have genuine ownership of the finance function. You''ll act as the key financial partner to the MD, providing the numbers, insight and challenge needed to support good commercial decision-making. A key part of the role will be developing a strong understanding of the manufacturing operation particularly around BOMs, product costing, margins and production performance and making sure the financial information accurately reflects what is happening on the shop floor. You''ll also take responsibility for maintaining robust financial controls.
