HR Manager

HR Manager - 37k- 40k, permanent position, hybrid working. Location, Cannock (Headquarters) with a day each week at other sites. Responsibilities: Identify, articulate and implement HR standards across the GroupDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all sitesCollaborate with the CEO and senior management team to shape organisational culture and drive business performance improvementsProvide regular updates and insights to the UK Senior Management Team on HR metrics, trends and initiativesIdentify, articulate and implement HR standards across the GroupDevelop and maintain a comprehensive system for monitoring HR standards and performance indicatorsPrepare and present regular reports to the CEO and Senior Management Team on HR performance, challenges and opportunitiesDesign and implement policies to reduce sickness and absence rates across all sitesWork closely with site managers to address attendance issues effectivelyProvide guidance on health and well-being initiatives to support employeesConduct regular assessments of working conditions across all sitesIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and productivityPromote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and high performance across the groupLead the design and delivery of training programs aimed at improving staff skills and competenciesImplement best practices for competence assessment to ensure alignment with business goalsSupport talent development ..... full job details .....
