Head of People and Culture Location: Dudley Reports to: Managing Partner Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent / Hybrid Working Salary: 50,000As the Head of People and Culture you will lead the development and execution of my client''s people strategy and will be a key member of the leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor while driving initiatives across talent acquisition, performance, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organisational development.
