Business Development Manager

Role OverviewAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You ll be working closely with the Managing Director to manage and execute the company s sales and marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clientsProactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified business prospectsIdentify and engage key decision-makers within target organisationsUpsell and cross-sell company services to both new and existing clientsTake a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutionsSchedule and attend face-to-face meetings to build and maintain client relationshipsEntertain and engage with clients to strengthen business rapportStay informed about market developments and key areas for growthAssist in devising advertising strategies to increase brand visibilityConsistently meet and exceed monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records and reports within CRM softwareCollaborate closely with the Managing Director on all sales and marketing initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industryStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and present effectivelyHighly self-motivated and capable of working independentlyDemonstrated ability to ..... full job details .....
