Business Development Manager

Title : Business Development ManagerSalary : Up to £30,000 + ComsLocation : Glasgow / Hybrid JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, industry trends, strategic partnerships, and innovative approaches to expand existing markets. Identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organisations. Proactively generate new leads and engage with potential clients through cold calling and outreach strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers through face-to-face meetings and phone calls across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Monitor performance against targets, analyse sales data, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records. Skills Experience in customer service, payroll, or a sales-related field Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
