• Track changes in project scope and update cost forecasts accordingly, maintaining clear documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify that work aligns with financial plans.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project costs, forecasts, and financial risks for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial management in construction projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.
