Sales Engineer (Networks and Managed Services) Circa 80k including commission and excellent pension/ benefits Location: Central London Office About the role Our client is an infrastructure communications technology company providing end-to-end fibre solutions and now Cloud solutions, Wi-Fi, Firewalls/Security, SD WAN, Managed LAN and UC services for businesses and wholesale/carrier/channel organisations across London. This sales engineer role will be focused on contributing to the design of customer solutions and being that link between customers, sales, and the network team. What you will do: In this commission earning role, you will work collaboratively with the sales teams to identify customer technical needs and enable growth by designing good network and managed comms solutions and forging strong relationships with clients. Main activities will Attending customer meetings with the sales team to understand customer requirements, address questions, and deliver solutions. Assist the sales team in qualifying new opportunities and identifying upselling possibilities. Provide coaching and feedback to the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer needs. Design network connectivity diagrams that align with customer business needs. Collaborate on responses to tenders (RFI/RFP), ensuring technical accuracy.
