What we''re looking for:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting, ideally supporting pupils with SEN
• A background in psychology, child development, or education is a genuine advantage
• Knowledge of common SEN needs and a real curiosity about the reasons behind behaviour
• The ability to stay calm, patient, and encouraging when things get difficult
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers and support staff
• An Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
