The role will be focused on effective delivery of grant programmes by managing post-award grant administration and grantee communications, while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the organisation through office, reception and event support. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the administration of grant programmes, including issuing grant documentation, managing recipient communications, monitoring requirements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the timely release of grant funding. Act as a first point of contact for grant recipients, responding to enquiries and progressing applications and payments through established processes. Monitor grant management workflows and shared inboxes, ensuring information is accurately tracked and administrative deadlines are met. Provide reception and front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, calls, post, and general correspondence.
