Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for health and safety across all London sites and garages.Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives aligned with legislative standards.Build strong relationships across operational, engineering, and leadership teams to promote safety excellence.Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring lessons learned drive continuous improvement.Monitor safety performance, identify trends, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies. RequirementsNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification in health and safety.Significant experience leading health and safety in a large, operational environment.Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.Excellent communication, influencing skills, and a visible, hands-on leadership style.
