The
Technical Enablement Architect
is responsible for sales, technology, architecture, and cross-architecture enablement within Cisco''s Global Sales Enablement and Acceleration (SEA) team. The role involves coordinating training programs, curriculum development, and collaboration with various stakeholder groups to enhance the technical selling capabilities of Cisco’s sales force.Aligning training initiatives with architectural and business priorities.Collaborating with architecture teams, SMEs, and instructional designers to develop and refresh technical training resources.Supporting continuous evaluation of sales training curricula and materials.Managing programs related to technology platforms that enable virtual learning experiences.Leading program projects, creating enablement strategies, and participating in recruiting efforts.5+ years of customer-facing sales experience and at least 1 year in sales training or adult education.- Strong strategic planning, program management, and executive communication skills.- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of industry experience; Additional Information:
